Service custom field in clientareaproducts

Hi All,

I have the service custom field below.

SNAME|Server Name (Optional)

According to the docs I need to reference the friendly name in lowercase and without white space to display custom fields on service-related pages (clientareaproducts.tpl in my case). However, the below is unworkable due to the () in the friendly name, can you advise what I need to do in order to get this to work?

{$service_custom_field_servername(optional)}
