Cpanel for clients works only via whmcs admin panel

Hello,

I have a problem with cpanel for whmcs, if the client opens cpanel from client panel it opens it but it doesnt load the full page.

via the admin panel it loads perfectly. I can see via the admin panel it uses a other domain to go to the cpanel.
