awardle
Hi, I have a customer who would like to settle all his upcoming bills today with just one payment but I cant see how this is possible in WHCMS? my customer has for example 2 Invoices created for domains 3 domains which will need to be renewed on 07/07/08 1 web space which needs to be renewed on 01/08/08 1 web space which needs to be renewed on 01/09/08 Does anyone know how my customer can pay in one go like above, I would have though he could apply a credit for the whole amount due for the year, then each invoice when created would be deducted from the credit? But I can not see any option for this. Thanks Aaron
chickendippers
If he adds credit to the account to cover the necessary amount using the Add Funds function, that credit will automatically be used to pay the upcoming invoices. As there are two invoices already generated, you will manually need to use the credit to mark them as paid.

chickendippers
Well if you've enabled it in the admin > Configuration > General Configuration > Credit. The Add Funds link is on the client area homepage.
PPH
Could you point me in the right direction to where add funds is for the client? Thanks for the help The client can add funds through their clientarea at clientarea.php there is a link to add funds if this is enabled in your admin configuration. They can then choose any amount between the limits you have set in the configuration. You as admin can add credits by choosing Manage Credits from the admin area on the clients profile summary page under quick links. You will have to manually apply credits to the invoices already created though.
awardle
Hmmm Ive been to admin > Configuration > General Configuration > Credit and ticked the box to enable it, now when i log in as client the screen is just the same with no button on the front page clientarea.php for adding credit. Ive also deleted my temp files and tried in a different browser.

chickendippers
Check your clientareahome.tpl you should have the following code in it: <tr bgcolor=#ffffff><td width=70% align=center>{$LANG.clientareacreditbalance}{if $addfundsenabled}<br> <a href="clientarea.php?action=addfunds"><img src="images/clientarea/affiliates.gif" border="0" align="absmiddle" alt="" /> {$LANG.addfunds}</a>{/if}</td><td width="30%" align=center><strong>{$currencysymbol}{$stats.Credit} {$currency}</strong></td></tr> If not, it probably didn't get updated when you upgraded to 3.5.0 Thanks for the compliment
