Hi, possible to create option for automatic recurring invoice with previous date?

Example the services started on 05 November 2021 ~ 05 December 2021, so invoice will automatically created on 05 December 2021 with (05/11/2021 - 05/12/2021) description.

Is there anyone can create addon or plugin? I will pay for it, thank you.
