Nicebyte Posted December 25, 2021 Share Posted December 25, 2021 Hello! My WHMCS is perfectly configured to send e-mails with Sendgrid. All e-mail templates work, for example order confirmation and quote. When I create a helpdesk ticket and wait for the automatic reply, I will not receive any e-mail. The following error message will appear in the log: Email Sending Failed - Email Sending Failed: The from email does not contain a valid address. The reply_to email does not contain a valid address. (Subject: [Ticket ID: test] test) When I use the mailaddress servicecenter@nicebyte.nl for sending a quote it will work perfectly fine, when I use it for sending an automatic reply to a support ticket it fails.
