Having timestamp on pdf invoice

Hello,

As the title said is there a way to have a timestamp when the invoice was created in hours minutes and seconds? I am required to have this on the invoice because my country is being sh...

Any help would be really appreciated. Also I need this on invoicepdf.tpl (PDF Invoice sent on email).
