How to use JQuery in my TPL file?

Hey!

I have a question, I am trying to integrate a header to my WHMCS area.
However everytime I import jquery anywhere then the domains start getting sent as .JSON (meaning you can't order them and you simply get a json output).

I don't know why but simply adding jquery breaks everything and I can't search for domains anymore.

To try it out you simply need to integrate jquery on your page :

Do you guys were able to find a workaround for this?
