Unable to add more than one domain when ordering a domain with hosting.

I am having this issue wince upgrading to 8.3.1. I can add one domain, when ordering a domain with a hosting plan, but when I try to order an additional one, the 'Add to Cart' button  switches to taken, even though the domain is available. This works fine when just ordering a domain without hosting.  Also, it seems a bit sporadic — on occasions it seems to work OK.

Also, sometimes the “taken” domain is added to the cart anyway, and on other times it is not.

I have tested this with a range of templates and the same issue occurs.
