Philip Willemse Posted November 2, 2021 Share Posted November 2, 2021 Hi Please could someone point me in the right direction, so I've got ticket alerts via E-Mail/Slack working, but the body of the ticket isn't coming through only the link of the ticket, the subject line etc. What variables can I add into the Notification Message so that the body of the ticket gets sent via email as well?
