Paypal Pro rejects my cards

The PayPal Pro payment gateway (PayPal Website Payments Pro) rejects my cards and tells me the following: The following errors have occurred:
The details of the indicated card were rejected. Please try another card or contact technical support.

in the configuration I have:
- API Username
- API Password
- API Signature

What are the data provided by PayPal.

Can someone tell me what is this?
