Hook does not cancel an cancellation request

Hi guys,

I have a question about the CancellationRequest hook, I am trying to cancel this request from beeing processed, I did try to returning it but it won't effect the cancellation.

I would like to cancel the cancellation request at some point (and before this I need to execute some local API's). If that's not possible I would like to add an custom form request (preferably a POST request) to an PHP file to execute the local API's with.

 

Or is there any other way to run local API's when requesting a specific form?
