Domain Registerer and Sync issue

I'm a hosting reseller and also selling domains, i registered with reseller club for domains.

So here is the current situation.

When someone order domain from my Website, they can search it and buy.  but after buying when users try to add nameservers on the domain, after entering nameservers and click submit the page reload to same page (no nameservers added). and also if we search that domain name with any other web hosting company, that domain shows available. (on Whois websites, also shows domain not registered to anyone).

Note- also i noticed funds in reseller club not deducting as its supposed to deduct the fund from my wallet when anyone buy a domain.

 

I already checked with resellerclub, they said

"I am very sorry,  but as this is WHMCS panel, they will be able to help you better with the same with the option to check and sync, hence I would request you to please check this once with them and then make any changes".

i checked everything and sync on my whmcs settings. but still facing issues.
