LinuXpert
Hi, I notice that after a client updates his/her whois information, the information is not saved, it is even deleted and the whois contact information page shows empty text boxes. This happens to domains using Enom module on WHMCS 3.5.1. Here are the steps to reproduce the issue. 1. Log in as a client 2. Click on "My Domains" and choose "View Details" to manage a domain 3. Click on "Contact Information" to view whois info. The current info should be displayed. 4. Click "Save Changes" to update the whois info and you should see blank text boxes, this means the updated whois information is empty. Could you please check this bug and fix it ASAP? WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 5, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 5, 2008 I can confirm this is not a bug. Will be an issue specific to that domain. Open a ticket if you need any assistance. Matt
