Module to connect to registry like VeriSign

Hello. I am looking for a module to connect my WHMCS site directly to a registry like Verisign or Neustar.  I am a registrar and have a registrar site but no API and no module (too complex to setup). So therefore I want to directly link my whmcs with the different registrys I use.
Thanks for your help. I am also open to any ideas or suggestions how I can achieve this.

whmcs uses socket connection to a top-level registrar like Verisign or Neustar
there is   dist.whois.JSON file in  resources\domains  and whmcs use it when he wants to connect to the registrar
if you are a registrar you should write a Register module to connect your request to a register
