Domain search with check boxes

I wanna use check boxes instead of drop down menu for domain extension in domain search box. Also wanna let customer choose multipole extensions. I ve been thinking for about an hour but couldn't see a way of doing this. Anybody knows how to do this?

Hmmm, that'd somehow involve adding multiple products to the cart in one go. I think it might need more than template modifications.

or come up with a cool phrase like,

 

"check over 25 different tlds in one click!"

 

and then your all set, the results page gives you the checkmark boxes your looking for. they check what they want and your all set.
