steck Posted April 18, 2021 Author Share Posted April 18, 2021 the problem is that the Support Ticket Reply and Support Ticket Opened by Admin emails do not send whereas Support Ticket Opened and welcome email are sent without any problem, even if Support Ticket Reply and Support Ticket Opened by Admin are activated on email models. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
