Making email more personal with a merge field

Hi,

We use several email templates in WHMCS. I would like to make the responses more personal by signing them automatically with the name of the person processing the message. Is there a way to add a merge field that adds my own Firstname Lastname at the end of a message instead of the proposed {$signature} which will add a global company signature?

Obviously we can all write our own name at the end every time, but it would be so nice if we can just do that through a variable in the template 🙂
