achilles71
Hi - I am trying to build a reseller website for the first time - I have previous experience of wordpress but this is My first time using WHMCS - Now I installed whmcs through the cpanel app installer , Installed the bridge plugin on wordpress and added the URL - When I visit the url I see this error An error has occurred: The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found Please try again later. Page urlhttps://armadaserver.com/whmcs-bridge/ When I click the check for problems with My setup button - it shows these errors Your WHMCS login page is returning an HTTP response code of 301. Your WHMCS home page is returning an HTTP response code of 404. Details of response codes: Code of 403 Please make sure you have allowed your WordPress IP (returned in the error message) to access your API as well as white listing it via your WHMCS Admin. Not doing this can cause your WP IP to be banned due to incorrect login attempts which would render your bridge page empty (Allow via: Setup > General Settings > Security) Code of 404 Incorrect URL has been entered (Not Found), make sure you have put in the full URL of your WHMCS installation - if you don't have WHMCS, please click here). Code of 500 Your WHMCS URL is triggering an internal server error. This is something you will need to check with your hosting provider who will need to check error logs. You may want to enable error reporting in WHMCS to find the error. The bridge needs to be able to use your WordPress website to call your WHMCS URL; if they are hosted on the same machine then the hosting provider must allow for traffic to be routed back to the same host; this functionality is standard on most hosting providers so it should not be a problem for it to be resolved. There is no need to query i-Plugins on this issue as we are unable to change settings on your server. I have added My IP - SERVER IP both as whitelisted in the whmcs panel - I have tried synchronizing the mod rewrite rules and I have tried renaming the .htaccess file but nothing has worked so far - The urls are correct - I can access whmcs admin with the same url - the page exists - I can not figure out a way why this is happening . Using latest version of the whmcs bridge as well. Would really appreciate the help
Aliron
Bonsoir, Je pense que votre thème est incompatible avec whmcs, il faut un thème premium (Hosting) compatible, il faut après installer une extension pour effacer le cache.
