google analytics plugin GA4 in WHMCS v8.1 is not reporting conversions / orders

I have configured GA4 module in whmcs v8.1 and it reports the visits and page views correctly. However I noticed this module is not reporting orders and conversions . Is there any extra configuration required to generate reports on conversions?

We struck the same problem. WHMCS are aware and is logged internally as ADDON-6136. Hopefully they can provide a patch shortly 🙂

I can confirm the same. I think this topic would have more visibility in the 'Troubleshooting' section of the community or even in the new 8.2 section  because the problem likely isn't fixed there either.

I experience the problem  on current WHMCS Version: 8.5.1. Has anyone found a solution?
