Renew button (Reseller) not available

Hi,

It should be possible that Resellers are able to renew services of their clients manually, but when I sign in as a Reseller and want to Renew the service, the Renew button is not available.

I have already changed the Auto Renew setting to "Disable Auto Renew":

Do I forget something to set/configure?

In the past this was possible but after I added a new currency (EUR) this option is gone.

I'am using WHMCS 7.2.3 (IPTVBILLING)

Could you please help me with this?
