create recurring invoice manually when it is not in products and services

I am stuck here. I have some clients who require customized services which I do not have officially in my order page. I send them invoices regulary on monthly basis

I know I can go to admin and just create an invoice for them manually but do I have to do it every month? I want to do it once and put a recurring option.

 

Any Idea please

You could create a product/Service and [V] hide it from your order page.
