Choose duration in Order form

Hey everyone. 

I just set up my first product and when I go to the link "Product Group Cart Link"  it defaults to Annually with no ability to choose the other two option I enabled and priced which are Biennially and Triennially. 

I've searched this community but only found questions on changing the default which is another issue on its own. I would first like to get the drop down menu so people can choose the duration of subscription.
