xinstotravis
Hello, I'm just wondering if I'm spazzing out and only imagining this or if this is real... but I've checked the feature page on WHMCS.com and it says that WHMCS includes a support system. I look in the modules directory, I see a folder called support, open it and am greeted with zero files. I re-downloaded the entire archive from my client area, take a peek inside and still no support files! Umm, what do I have to do to get the supposed "included" support system? When you pay almost $250 for software that says it includes something but doesn't, you kinda wonder where it is! http://www.whmcs.com/features.php, third item down. Thanks! (Please don't take this post the wrong way, I've been wondering why the ticket system isn't working and now I know.)

Retired Forum Member WHMCS Joe Posted December 28, 2007 Retired Forum Member Share Posted December 28, 2007 Hi Please review the following articles on setting up support departments and email piping. http://v3manual.whmcs.com/?id=11 http://v3manual.whmcs.com/?id=12 Unless you are using Kayako you do not need to use the modules/support folder.
