Hi guys,

I am encountering an issue and need your help.

I pointed the nameservers for my client website, but I don't know why there is an entry error showing on client area. (kindly refer to the attachment : https://gofile.io/d/F8Je0Z)

However, there is no problem with the pointed nameservers on Whois.

Very appreciate if any professional can help me out on this error in client area.
