"Renewal Success Notification" for domain without registrar...

I just received email with following content for domain without registrar...

 

Subject: WHMCS Automatic Domain Renewal Success Notification

 

The invoice for the renewal of xxxxxxx.xxx has been paid and the renewal request has been automatically submitted to the registrar

Client ID: 0000000203

Domain: xxxxxxx.xxx

 

What registrar? And how is this "Renewal Success"?

 

I think this should inform admin that domain doesn't have registrar set and that it must be renewed manualy.

If you got that then you have a registrar set for the TLD in Config > Domain Pricing and so the renewal was attempted on the domain as it's TLD matches. If you have any confusion, just open a ticket.
