Cron doesn't run completely, but it also doesn't give an error.

Hello guys, I'm going through a new situation (for me) at WHMCS.

I've been using the system since January and since then I never stayed a day without the cron being executed normally.
However yesterday and today the cron was not executed. The worst is that it also shows no error.

Following the logs, he stays in the function for a few minutes:
"Automated Task: Starting Server Usage Stats", then go to: "Automated Task: Starting Tenant Usage Metrics" and nothing else.
Running cron manually, it doesn't display any errors either. It passes as if it has performed all tasks, but in reality it does not.

Has anyone experienced any situation in this regard?

I saw another post that suggested a failure in some server no longer available, but I only have one server added to whmcs.

That same post also suggested disabling the update of usage statistics, but I don't know what the impact would be.

I appreciate any kind of help.
