Mass Update/Add of TLD's using CSV

Is there any existing script that can update or add new domains base on CSV which can control the registrar, pricing and so on.

I just found this script online https://github.com/thecravenone/WHMCS_Bulk_add_TLDs

I don't know if this is still working with the latest WHMCS version.
