I have creating 2 rules to inform customers when their products expire. (two and one day before next due date). Base in this link: https://docs.whmcs.com/Email_Marketer I have creating a test - demo user with my email and added two products, not domain or hosting, just software with billing cicle annualy. Base in this link: https://docs.whmcs.com/Products_and_Services I have set up the next due dates of products, there will expire in next two days. (from "Clients > View/Search Clients > demo client > Products / Services (select product) > edit Next Due Date"). I waited 2 days, but nothing coming in my email inbox. (The invoice ID:206 it is correct, it is for the product which is expired) I think this is the problem. I checked the email in client profil and it' s ok. Next i checked the crons jobs. In "Setup > Automation Settings", Cron Status it' s OK, but in "Dashboard > System Health" i have the System Cron Tasks red with the follow error: The system cron does not appear to have completed successfully within the last 24 hours. Check your activity logs or learn more about enabling the cron in our documentation. I changed the follow settings in max_execution_time > 3000 (from 30), max_input_time > 600 (from 60), memory_limit > 160Mb (from 16Mb). Βut the problem was not solved. I do not know if the two problems (email marketing notification email and error in System Health) are related, but I thought I should info it.
