Matteo H Posted July 29, 2020 Share Posted July 29, 2020 When trying to change payment method to Stripe SEPA and trying to pay an invoice, the following input fields are shown: Account Holder Name Bank Name Sort Code/Routing Number Account Number These are US-banking input fields, but Stripe SEPA is designed for the EU/EURO area and requires the client to input IBAN/BIC...which is not possible when checking out with SEPA currently. Could you please tell us what settings need to be changed to use Stripe SEPA with European banking information? We need to make sure the correct information is forwarded to Stripe, so payments can be made successfully and users can input IBAN and BIC instead of "Sort Code" and "Account Number".
