How do I configure the streaming radio activation emails with sonicpanel?


I have installed the SONICPANEL module in WHMCS, and I already created the server in the administrative area, but it only shows me the streaming packages available in the sonicpanel, put as indicated in the instructions, the user and the API as password to connect the whmcs with the Sonicpanel, but it does not synchronize the already active clients, nor are they created automatically ...

I'm sure something is wrong, can someone tell me the steps to configure it?

In addition to this, I found that I do not know the variables that should be placed in the welcome email with the customer access information ... what should be placed in those email templates?
