TerrasIOI Posted December 24, 2007 Share Posted December 24, 2007 Hello, I'm using WHMCS ticket system with ticket Importing using POP3 Import. The problem is that ticket often goes to spam folder and user get this: "Warning: This message may be forged. The return path (xxxxxx@server.xxxxxxxx.com) does not match the from address." How is that possible if I'm using POP3?? Will it be better if I use Ticket Importing using Email Forwarders? I have sent a email source to my host and he told me that "yeah, the system isn't defining the from email, I'm not sure how to modify the settings for that in that particular program but the manual should help."
