Want to Develop Custom Password Reset Page with WHMCS Data Base

i want to develop Custom Password Reset Page with WHMCS Data Base.

so in need some information for it How can i Configure it and what Encryption is Use in WHMCS Password tbl (like MD5) 

i just checked this Reference https://developers.whmcs.com/api-reference/resetpassword/ but i want more information 

Please help me to develop it.
