PayPal Setup

Hi,

 

I am using WHMCS 3.5.1

 

I have setup Paypal but it say under Usage Notes:

 

You should enable IPN in your PayPal account and if required, set the URL to http://secure.xxxxxxxx.com/modules/gateways/callback/paypal.php

 

Now it say setup the URL if required, so should I just set it up as at this time I have no way are testing as I am waiting for funds to go into my other PayPal account.

 

Also should I use https instead of http for the IPN address or doesn't it matter ?
