Server Connection Error

Hello,

 

I hope you all will be fine. I wants to add a new server in my WHMCS. When I enter the credentials i.e. Module, Hostname, username and password in Add New Server option, it connects successfully as you can see here: https://ibb.co/FYbxkZ0.

However, When I click on Save Changes, it says that A server name is required. You can also see it here: https://ibb.co/cJC9YXc.

I given the server name as server's subdomain name. but could not connect with server, you can see this: https://ibb.co/2qD4QcV

Please suggest why I am unable to connect to the server.
