Edrick Posted April 17, 2020 Share Posted April 17, 2020 So I have a client who's past due, we've gone in and multiple times told the system to not auto suspend until X Date, however it still constantly suspends the account when the CRON job runs nightly. Why is this and what am I missing? I go to the client > Services > Check box Override Suspension Until X Then the next day I go in and the checkbox has been unticked again and the account suspended. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Edrick Posted April 20, 2020 Author Share Posted April 20, 2020 Follow Up: I have figured it out, it was a lot simpler than it should of been. In this case my issue was that the Override Suspension Until 00/00/00 the issue was that my year was pre-selected to be 2018 somehow so every time I kept changing it to April of 2018 😁 So after selecting 2020 naturally it worked 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
