Metric Billing - "Sub Accounts" showing as 0

So we're playing around with Metric Billing right now on DirectAdmin. We are trying to charge per-account that the reseller owns, but it's not working. After sync, WHMCS says that the account has 0 Sub Accounts, while DIrectAdmin says that it owns 12 accounts. Have we missed something somewhere? I'm at a loss.
