Dale Schibbelhut Posted March 22, 2020 Share Posted March 22, 2020 When a customer tries to enter a new card they get error: Remote Transaction Failure. Please Contact Support. The Gateway Transaction Log shows "error => Error getting valid response from api. Check log file for error details" (See attached) Authorize net says they don't see anything on their end. This has been working. Not sure what would have changed. I don't know what would happen with a card on file. not sure if it will work or not. I hope someone has a solution. I'm very surprised that Authorize.net doesn't seem to work with WHMCS anymore. Even more supersized I haven't had any response. Does anybody have any suggestions.
