building a new module

Hi. ive been asked to build a new provisioning module/addon.  

The provisioning module will be assigned to a specific number of products, when purchased will need to do some checks against 3rd party api.  

The Addon module will view a list of the specific products in a table, and a button against each product will be required to activate the product on the 3rd party side and return data which we will need to withhold.  

Just wondering what the best way would be in order to do this?

You can also view a sample code for provisioning at the following link on github

After you get your provisioning module working, you can easily add a function to check the 3rd party api before provisioning.
