server sync module

im getting quite a lot of

No match found in WHMCS

and 

No match found on server

but the accounts are on the server and the hostibng accounts are on whmcs when i import it just imports the same domain under the same account so i end up with 2 of the same domains

is there any way i can just map the accounts or tell whmcs where this domain or hosting account is
