How Do I Add Google Tracking Code To Action Hooks?

Hi,

 

Can anyone help me out with adding the google tracking code to action hooks?

 

I am trying to add it to:-

 

function actionhook_InvoicePaid($vars) {

# This function runs when an invoice is fully paid and therefore the services renewed

# $vars["InvoiceID"]

}

 

But not sure where to start!
