Reseller Auto Create

Hello,

 

I've been searching the community and other sites for help with this one as it seems too easy!..

I want to auto create resellers, so when they've paid the account becomes active on WHM.

 

What is currently happening:

1. customer creates and pays for account

2. system sends email saying 'An order has received its first payment but the automatic provisioning has failed and requires you to manually check & resolve.'

3. It's pending in WHMCS

4. I try to accept the order and set it up but it won't let me, then I get an email from the server saying the account has been created.

5. I can't login from WHMCS from the clients page as it says it's not a reseller

6. I have to got to WHM and tick the box to say they're a reseller

7. I have to select the ACL manually (even though I've set them up and also added them on WHMCS).

8. It all work, but it's not very automatic!

 

Any ideas what it is?

Is anyone able to help with the above? I've tried playing around but can't get it to do it automatically.
