No Records Found when syncing with Plesk Obsidian

Hi. I just got a WHMCS license with Hostgator and I'm playing with it to see if I can make it work for my digital agency.

I managed to add connections to my Plesk servers. WHMCS says it can connect just fine, but when it comes to syncing accounts it says "NO RECORDS FOUND":

After a few minutes of tinkering I found out that this is due to my subscriptions not being assigned to a customer, eg., they're all assigned to me "ADMINISTRATOR".

This is so because the Servershield extension in Plesk, when activated for a domain, creates an account using the customer's email, but I'd like that Servershield used my own account when setting up the CDN. That's a rather bad workaround, I know.

But in any case, is it possible that WHMCS syncs my own accounts?
