ServerSync importing reseller packages - removing reseller name

I've been testing ServerSync to import accounts from cPanel and I have packages with the name "youreminence_Complete Website Package" for example. Previously, I was able to import via ServerSync and it would create a product as "Complete Website Package" (removing the reseller prefix youreminence) which is what I want. Now I'm testing it again and it's creating the product as the full "youreminence_Complete Website Package". Which I do not want? How do I import and have it remove the reseller name and the underscore.

It appears to display correctly elsewhere. For example, in the Edit Product page > Module Settings, it's showing the product names without the "youreminence_" like I want. See screenshot attached. Any ideas?
