Cron pop.php | Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed.

Hey Guys,

today i was setting up my Dovecot Mailserver with pop3/imap and its just working fine. After that i was updating my Support Departments with new Connection Informations. Then i was creating the POP3 Import Cron Job .

But every time hes trying to import mails, i become the following Mail to my local root user (which i forward to an external address):

Subject: 
Cron <root@srv01> /usr/bin/php -q /var/www/account.cloudbird-systems.com/httpdocs/crons/pop.php

Message:
Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed. This is a widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code, website security and malware blocking.

Please visit get-loader.ioncube.com for install assistance.

But i installed the ioncube loader correctly - if not, i wouldnt can access the admin UI ^^ And its was also not the first time i installed a ioncube loader^^

Did u now what happens their, why i become this message and the mails got not imported into the Ticket System?
