EDZNET Posted September 12, 2019 Share Posted September 12, 2019 Hi I'm looking at the ability to take a incoming piped tickets and allocate it to a client based on email and change the priority. Hook TicketPiping only returns limited info and seems to be before its actually created the ticket, is there a way to check the sending email and then allocate the ticket to a specific client. ie. client is client@domain.com but a user logs a ticket from user@domain.com i want to be able to allocate that ticket to client@domain.com but retain the senders email for replies etc. Thanks for any advise. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
