Retired Forum Member WHMCS Joe Posted December 18, 2007 Retired Forum Member Share Posted December 18, 2007 Hi If using cpanel 11 with x3 enter this public_html/whmcsdirectory/pipe/pipe.php Then go to the pipe.php file and CHOMOD to 777 and try it if that does not work change your theme to x2 and setup the complete commmand | php -q /home/username/public_html/whmcs/directory/pipe/pipe.php and that should also work. wizzy420
I believe the documentation mentions your PHP must have the IMAP module, so check your phpinfo() to see if it is compiled in if you keep having troubles after getting cron setup.

That's only for if your using the POP import method - not email piping. Matt
