Missing file problem, the problem was fixed.

The problem is continuing, how can I fix this problem?

Problem fixed : 

1 : Disable php-fpm for whmcs cpanel user.
2 : Disable : mod-ruid2
3 : Php : enable inherit php versions.

In our case, the problem was that we have installed Centos with a non English default locale. Setting it back to en-GB and restarting the php-fpm and httpd services solved the issue.
