Database backup

I have enabled the database backup to Email. [Setup > other > database backup] [moving that SQL file to Google drive daily] 

As I'm receiving 5MB of SQL file.

While, the WHMCS database is using more than 300MB disk space.

Is that 5MB is really the used database backup? I couldn't get it actually. Please, someone clarify 

[Sorry for way silly question, I Have no idea about that much 😞]
