[Activity Log] Client Profile and Manual Assign Affiliates

Hi there,
Currently we are using Whmcs 7.6 

Here is my question, 
1. Is there any way to see Activity Log(Client Profile) when we are set Manual Assign from Affiliates? 
Because I have been checking both New Order user account and Refferer Account both dont have any manuall assign activity log from my staff who handle it. 
2. If the default don't have any log for Manual Affiliate Assign show inside Log tab for each client profile, can I track it from our raw Database?

Because I already searching over helpdesk and ask from some community but still didn't find any answer related to my issue.
