john_d13
Hello, I am using Autorelease module to automate the provisioning of my products once an order is placed. I have a situation when a customer tries to upgrade to a paid package from a non paid package (free trial subscription). There are two parts to it. First off the upgrade process is actually successful and the service is provisioned automatically once the payment is processed. The service being ordered is a subscription via paypal, as such, I am expecting a subscription ID to be populated in the Client Product tab. Its blank, as a consequence, when the product terminates the paypal recurring subscription will not automatically terminate with it. Its worth noting, when a new product is ordered, the subscription ID is present and everything works fine. Its only when upgrading from the free trial package to paid package. The second and most obvious is the error in the activity logs. It says the Automatic Product/Service upgrade is not possible. Is this a false positive? the upgrade was successful with the exception of the issue I described above. I included screenshots for clarity. 0/01/2019 09:28 Automatic Product/Service Upgrade not possible - Service ID: 976 System 173.0.81.1 30/01/2019 09:28 Module Change Package Failed - Service ID: 976 - Error: Function Not Supported by Module System 173.0.81.1 30/01/2019 09:28 Email Sent to xxxxx (Invoice Payment Confirmation) - User ID: 1113 System 173.0.81.1 30/01/2019 09:28 Invoice Marked Paid - Invoice ID: 419 System 173.0.81.1 30/01/2019 09:28 Added Invoice Payment - Invoice ID: 419 System 173.0.81.1 30/01/2019 09:28 Added Transaction - Transaction ID: 180 Subscription signup gateway log transaction_subject => xxxx- Invoice #419 payment_date => 06:27:09 Jan 30, 2019 PST txn_type => subscr_payment subscr_id => I-R4589GJMY159 last_name => xxxx residence_country => CA item_name => xxxx - Invoice #419
